The Sake Shop

The Sake Shop has been opened since 2007. It is the first shop in Hong Kong specialized in sake and related products. Its online shop (www.thesakeshop.com.hk) is also available for its prestigious members, allowing them to make purchase around the clock. Majority of the sake the shop offers come from Niigata, the Kingdom of Jisake in Japan including well-known brands. It also provides a venue for sake lovers to exchange their knowledge, interest and experience

Mr. Kiyama is a Sake & Shochu sommelier. He strongly believes that sake, being one of the three main alcohol brewage methods by fermentation in the world, will definitely become a trend in beverage consumption. He would also like to further promote the culture of this unique beverage from Japan to the trade as well as consumers in Hong Kong via different activities and information exchange sessions.
